The Lion Reports on AIM Undercover Videos that Prompted Complaints in Ohio

Two Ohio schools have been hit with complaints after undercover videos exposed administrators at the schools for conspiring to continue allowing boys to use girls’ spaces and compete in girls’ sports despite federal and state directives.
Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) filed complaints with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Education (ED) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) against Ohio’s Reading High School and Princeton City Schools (PCS) after videos surfaced of two separate administrators within the districts coaching an undercover investigator posing as a prospective parent on hiding a student’s biological gender in order to access girls’ facilities. The complaints, provided exclusively to the Daily Caller News Foundation, ask the departments to investigate and put a stop to the incidents, which PPT says are “unquestionably sexually harassing for the female students.”
“Transgender ideology is inherently discriminatory and runs afoul of Title IX of the Civil Rights Act,” the complaints read. “Accordingly, we request that you promptly investigate the school’s violations.”
One of the undercover videos filmed by Accuracy In Media (AIM) allegedly shows Reading counselor Jennifer Leone acknowledge the laws against boys competing in girls’ sports, but she argues if the parent has a birth certificate that has the student’s gender identity, the law cannot be enforced if no one can prove it is wrong.
“And that’s where, I would think, ‘this is what the birth certificate says, prove that it’s wrong,’” Leone tells the investigator in the video. “You’re not going to go down that road. Like I dare you to go down that road.”
