SWAT teams sent to home of activist trying to expose anti-Israel leaders on college campuses
The head of a nonprofit watchdog group says antisemites are trying to put his life in danger following a media campaign to expose their identities.
Adam Guillette, president of Accuracy in Media, says SWAT teams visited his Florida home twice in the past three days. These attacks, he says, have been called in by antisemites attempting to get retribution for his mobile billboard campaign exposing their names and faces for taking open stances against Jewish people.
“Thankfully I wasn’t there because you can only imagine if I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone with rifles, you might move the wrong way or say the wrong thing and you could get killed, which was likely their goal,” Guillette told The National Desk (TND) Monday.
The truck-mounted billboards have visited campuses across the Ivy League, like Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, to hold administrators and students responsible for their anti-Israel advocacy efforts. Guillette says the campaign is crucial to show these individuals the consequences of their actions.
