AIM returns to Coppell ISD to demand accountability after exposing secret CRT indoctrination in defiance of Texas law
August 21, 2024
After Accuracy in Media exposed the outright defiance of Texas laws by school officials in Coppell Independent School District, who are blatantly ignoring the ban on Critical Race Theory from being taught in K-12 schools, we returned with a mobile billboard for Back to School Night.
Our message was clear: Parents deserve to know the truth about what’s being put into their children’s minds by educators bent on going rogue.
AIM previously caught Evan Whitfield, the district’s director of secondary math and science curriculum, admitting that the district “tap dances” around the term “Critical Race Theory” to keep parents in the dark.
As expected, the school’s administrators quickly tried to hustle parents past our mobile billboard, desperate to stifle any questions posed by AIM President Adam Guillette.
One brave mother from Denton Creek Elementary called out the district’s deception as “worrisome” and “concerning.” And she’s right—parents have every reason to be alarmed. Accuracy in Media for months has been highlighting the end result of Critical Race Theory and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives: These initiatives bring racism. They bring antisemitism. They divide us.
For more than seven hours a day, children are being subjected to an agenda that this school district pushes in secret. It’s time to pull back the curtain. Visit CRTinTexas.com to take action now.
