A conservative watchdog organization that targets what it calls liberal bias and inaccuracy in media claims a school counselor in Cincinnati is not complying with state laws regarding transgender students.

Accuracy In Media posted a video Aug. 25 that shows a counselor who appears to be speaking to someone in a school about not disclosing their child’s transgender identity so the student can play on the school’s girls’ sports team and use the girls’ bathrooms.
