ABC6 Says AIM Video Spurred Ohio AG Warning to School District

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A viral video has led Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost to issue a warning to Princeton City Schools regarding alleged coaching of parents on circumventing state laws about transgender girls in sports and locker rooms.
The video, created by Accuracy in Media (AIM), featured hidden camera footage from Princeton High School and Reading High School.
In the video from Reading High, an administrator was seen speaking to individuals posing as parents of a transgender girl. When asked if the girl could use the girls’ restroom, the staff member responded, “Absolutely.” The fake parents also inquired about their daughter competing in girls’ sports, to which the staff member advised, “I wouldn’t even discuss it outside these walls.”
A similar video from Princeton High School showed the assistant athletic director responding affirmatively when asked if they would be fine as long as nobody found out.
The videos claim that employees were coaching parents to skirt Ohio law, which bans transgender girls from competing in girls’ sports and using girls’ locker rooms. The footage prompted Yost to write to Princeton’s principal and superintendent, suggesting an investigation into practices to ensure compliance with Ohio law and recommending training for staff.
