Dayton School Officials Plot to Defy Ohio Law on Transgender Sports

School administrative employees in Ohio have been more than willing to facilitate the defiance of state laws barring biological males from female sports and from women’s restrooms.

This time, school officials in Dayton, Ohio have been caught on tape discussing how transgender students can covertly register and play on women’s sports teams.

“If it says female and that’s the birth certificate we have on the file, then that’s what we’re going to go with,” Student System Administrator at Dayton Public School District Carla Rodriguez told AIM investigators on hidden camera.

She believed she was speaking to an older sister looking for information on enrolling a prospective transgender student, who was a biological male.

When prompted on if an altered birth certificate to affirm the transgender student would be acceptable, Rodriguez said, “So if it was legally changed then obviously we would just go with whatever the birth certificate states.”

According to Administrative Assistant for the Athletics Department Mauryce Neal, “We do have transgenders that do participate in our area.”

She also agreed to keep the information about the prospective transgender student’s status “in house” and not inform other parties.

When AIM’s investigator asked if other parents of student athletes would need to be informed, she said, “Yeah I don’t think they have to do that in Ohio.”

In 2024, Ohio passed laws banning biological males from female sports in K-12 and college, and requiring students to use facilities — such as bathrooms and locker rooms — that align with their biological sex.

However, it seems these Dayton school employees are more than willing to assist parents and students with defying the laws.

They proved they would look the other way despite being informed of a student’s status as transgender and their intention to play women’s sports.

The state may have passed laws, but at the ground level, radical progressive employees are still doing everything they can to bypass these policies.

But AIM isn’t letting Ohio schools get away with this clear defiance. Visit SaveOhioStudents.com to send a message to relevant officials, demanding action against school employees that believe they are above the law.
