ABC7 Amplifies AIM Undercover Video Following NOVA Sex Offender Scandal
November 20, 2025
After 7News broke the story of how Arlington Public Schools (APS) allowed a convicted child predator to repeatedly use girls’ locker rooms at two high schools because he claims to identify as female, Accuracy in Media went undercover to find out if APS had taken any steps to see that nothing like that ever happens again.
A woman with the group told a school administrator her younger brother identifies as female and was considering whether to attend public or private school in the area.
An Arlington school administrator can be heard saying the school system follows their interpretation of Title IX, which means students participate in the activities of the gender they identify with, and they also have access to the facilities of the gender they identify with.
Accuracy in Media’s President, Adam Guillette, confronted the Arlington school administrator with 7News’s reporting about registered sex offender Richard Cox and the group’s own undercover video.
APS told 7News it implemented new ID checks for visitors looking to use locker rooms and pools outside of school hours. But APS still allows men who say they identify as women to use girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms.
“And what was just so shocking to me is that they had no good answers for what precautions they’re taking in light of what you’ve exposed in that district, in light of the fact that Arlington has had a sex offender and that Falls Church is not far away from that area at all, you’d think they’d be shouting from the rooftops with the precautions they’re now taking to protect girls,” said Guillette.
